The Centre of Excellence for Horticulture Skills in India (CEHSI) working under Centre of Excellence for Agriculture Skills in India (CEASI), aims to enhance sustainability and profitability in the horticulture sector through skill development, capacity building, policy advocacy, knowledge management, and research. CEHSI collaborates with various stakeholders within the horticulture ecosystem, including horticulture farmers, wage workers, horticulture corporates, research institutions, academia, and both central and state governments. With a commitment to being a pioneering organisation in the horticulture skilling domain worldwide, CEHSI undertakes and facilitates applied manpower research in the horticulture sector, fosters capacity development in various skill areas, and provides valuable policy inputs at the national and state levels to strengthen the skill upgradation efforts.
